Using buffering mixing section and large L/D ratio 36:1 screws for good plasticization, high output and wide adaptability to raw materials. Bimetallic screw and barrel effectively improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance, achieving longer service life.

Corrugator

The corrugator adopts a closed loop pressure water cooling system for high forming efficiency. Patented design — mould replacement requires no water tube disassembly. All mould sizes share the same center height; no platform adjustment needed when changing moulds. Left and right frames open and close electrically for easy maintenance. Equipped with UPS and remote control system.
