Corrugated pipe is formed inside the corrugator — plasticized material is extruded into the forming channel with vacuum technology supporting and optimizing pipe formation. Water cooled moulds guarantee high output and excellent pipe quality. The cooling chamber wall and mould body are the same aluminum alloy material — no insulation layer, best thermal conductivity, high cooling efficiency. Mould surface hardened for long service life. Customized per pipe stiffness class and pipe profile.
